When will Project Texas be fully operational?

Implementing Project Texas is an ongoing effort and we have made substantial progress against that goal. Building on our past progress, as of today, we have implemented several new components of the program. For example:

• We have written multiple new guidelines relating to safeguarding U.S. user data;

• We have updated company-wide policies regarding data access and classification, incorporating requirements related to USDS where appropriate; and

• We have updated and expanded technical and procedural controls over USDS and U.S. user data, and will continue to make these controls even more robust.
